Hey there! I'm Yoshinori Ono, CEO at Lasengle.
Welcome to my blog and thanks for dropping by!
So, how's your gaming life going? Got enough Brightbloom Seed? Still getting lost in dungeons? Are you keeping your arcade sticks in top shape? From May to June, there's been a flood of must-play new titles, leaving this CEO's desk with not nearly enough hours in the day to tackle the ever-growing backlog.
The other day, we held our quarterly offsite meeting with Lasengle's management team. It's an opportunity to talk about FGO and other titles in development and operation at Lasengle, share problems and challenges, and work together to explore solutions.
When we first started these offsites, there were some questions about whether or not they were really necessary. But there are just some topics that can't be fully discussed or debated in the formal setting of an office meeting. So, we've kept holding these face-to-face offsites regularly in hopes of improving the company's environment, even if we only resolve one issue at a time. Hopefully, this is reflected in our title development and operations.
We're also actively working on fostering a mindset and environment for creating games. The other day, we had a get together for indie game titles in the office break area.
The event was attended by lots of game creators and the interactions were a great opportunity to gain new insights into game creation. Thank you once again to everyone who participated in the event!
And if you're thinking, "Hey, I'd love to get involved in making games at a company like Lasengle!", then why not knock on our door? We'd love to have your knowledge and skills to help us bring our brand of "doki doki'' and excitement to the world. Check out our latest openings here.
Now, about this month's game...The thing is...There's just been so much on, you see...To put it another way, there's too many games to play, and not enough time to write. So no featured game this time.
And as I'm neck-deep in major titles, there's a chance I might skip next month too, but please bear with me. (Not that I expect anyone is putting their life on hold waiting for my next game review, but if you are, apologies!)
Alright then everyone, here's wishing you an awesome gaming life!
