Here's to another year of Fate/Grand Order and to gaming and creating at Lasengle!
We're still a long way off "normal" (whatever that is), but I can see how we're all getting creative in figuring out ways to adapt to the way things are now and create a "new normal." For us at Lasengle, the flexible working system we introduced in the early days is definitely the norm for us. There's no way we could work any other way now.
At the end of last year, the Lasengle office went under some major renovations. We adapted the environment to fit better with our team's working style, which is a mix of home and office.
We began using the newly designed office from the end of last year. The new layout has lots of hot desking areas where devs can come together by section, project, or event. We've also incorporated individual booths for focused personal work, and for a more convenient video conferencing setup.
I'm not going to say that this new environment will instantly lead to amazing content (I mean, I'm hoping), but one of my personal goals for this year is to try in every way possible to level up Lasengle, even if only by a little, to deliver content that resonates with our players.
